Clean, sleek, & practical! This gorgeous kitchen is one of my favorites. The extra long island makes it great for entertaining. We removed one wall so the kitchen was open to the family room and left a beam for support. White, chrome, & stainless steel accents this kitchen yet the flooring is more warm toned so we added warmer accents in the living room such as pillows & window treatments.

Pool house and pool area needed a total renovation. Client loves to entertain and wanted the pool house to serve as a guest house for all her friends and family. 

One important design factor was to create the ease of cleaning and having that low maintenance "California Lifestyle" pool house. Every step of our design, this was apparent. 

Clients has two little boys under the age of three and has a very busy life. The simplicity and open floor plan of this house reflects the easy life style that the client was looking for.

Client wanted an open floor plan, home was very compartmentalized. 

We took down walls and now she has a open floor plan. Low maintentance and ease of cleaning was very important to client so the materials selected all met her criteria for an easy lifestyle. 

Bathroom is located in a retirement community, bathroom was done to meet ADA codes.

Bathroom was long and narrow, clients wish list was to have an air jet tub to seat two people and a large shower.By putting the tub and shower at diagonal, and floating the cabinets off the floor the bathroom lost its bowling alley look.

We also used accent lighting under the cabinets.

Quartz was used for the tub deck and countertop.

Between the two sink areas we made a pull out cabinet which replaced the traditional medicine cabinet.

Movable magnifying mirror were custom made for the mirrors adjacent to the sink area.

Roburn mirror with interior electrical outlet was place at the makeup vanity area.

Radiant Heated floors and a towel warmer for the ultimate in comfort.

Water closet/Toilet area appears to be in the room but is still private due to the tall built in that separates it from the main part of the bathroom.

This client wanted her kitchen to have accents of Rose Gold everywhere and no stainless steel appliances. She loves black, gold, & rose gold. This was one of the most challenging projects for me but the client loved the outcome and client satisifcation is my number one goal.
